Today is one day after the California Court “unbanned” same sex marriage.

I suppose to celebrate like rest of the les/gay in the city, but this evening I totally do not have a mood.

 my 2nd sister congratulated me.  

2nd sister: I am so happy for you, little sis.

Me:  thanks!  

2nd sister: By the way, big sister said this November election, she will for sure vote yes on “banning” same sex marriage.  

Me: huh?  What do you mean? Did she serious?  

2nd sister: yes, she did.  

Me: what the hell she talked about? She knew my ‘status’ and she likes my wife very much and why she votes against my kind?  

2nd sister: you know your big sister never likes gay people!  

Me: I am gay people!  She knew it all these years!  

2nd sister: well, it does not make her "not" to go against gay!  

2nd sister paused and continued: you know your big sister, she acts kind of gay even mom “said” so.  

Me: I know; she is crazy about woman all these years. She actually acts gayer than me!  

2nd sister: well, she is kind of weird.  

Me: I guess she tries to ‘distance” from any gay people, and her way is going against me. What a hypocrite!  

After conversation, I felt so depressed.  I “knew’ my big sister, she ‘never’ really “like” about my relationship, but I thought after all these year (8 years) she might changes little bit.  After hearing this response, I know I am just being naïve.  

Same sex marriage in California will have a difficult battle in the up coming months, we are not only battling with punch of  religious/conservatives, we also needs to battle with those “closeted” hypocrites (they are gay but not claimed to be gay like my big sister), they are the one which we should aware of.  Because you never know when they would turn back and go against you.
